I've had another player send a general with ten shock as reinforcments when I'm not defending and use my city for general training. He doesn't show up in my embassy details (shows 0/9) but he shows up in reports. How can I dismiss the invading General, without another players help.
If he is in your embassy when you check, his troops should be there. You could reinforce your embassy yourself from another city (ie - reinforce your embassy 9 times with 1 con each) and that way he won't be able to park his troops there. He could attack that city and kill the reins to take a spot. Or, if you have a general that is a higher level than the one he is leveling, rein only 1 spot with that general. That way, when he thinks he is leveling his general, it will actually level yours
That might work, but too time consuming. He hasn't been back. But we discovered that if someone from outside the alliance attacked and killed his troops, he went back to his city.
