walls switched while offline

been a week now since my wall switched from evade to defend while i was offline!!! lost all troops and over 2million in power... have sent ticket after ticket and guess what,still nothing from kabam... josh or anyone from kabam reading this,it needs sorted... i wasnt the only one in my alliance to have it happen to in the space of afew hours... 2nd time it has happened to me... contacted kabam about it and yes you guessed right,zero reply... not a good way to run any type of company... kabam you need to sort this mess out... alot of people are talking about quiting...

I have sent in a ticket regarding this. My wall switched into evade and I lost EVERYTHING. I sent troop count to Kabam, when it happened, and everything. Waiting on my ticket, but refuse to spend another dime until this gets situated. Or actually taking my hubby and niece (who use money) with me. I lost over 500k in power and am having a tough time rebuilding to even give blood. I would like to know others experiences on the timeframe this gets fixed. They fixed my assembly point glitch in a day.
