Domain 352 Champions Tournament [Resolved,Custom Card Received]

I guess this will come as no surprise to most player. I recently won the Champions Tournament and was supposed to receive a custon card at lvl10. Kabam sent me a mail to send to stephanie to arrange for this to happen. Guess what no response from her. So I completed a report and this was closed down without reply, stating it related to another claim (which was actually for the cross tournament of might awards)...It seems Kabam is incapable of even looking after the players that have spent money on this game and to fulfil there obligation to deliver the prizes they offer. If first prize cannot be delivered what is the point. If its not sorted within a week I will be abandoning ALL my domains. To those that I have played with I wish to them the best of luck. To those I have attacked and based I wish the same and remember it is just a game (if supported badly)

Having played with and against you I can say that even though we have our differences I think it is crap that they are not stepping up and delivering the promised prize. Hope they can manage to come through even though I don't want to be on the recieving end of the card you get.

I cant believe this They have just given me a single guaranteed upgrade of one level to a max of lvl10...So a lvl0 card will go to a lvl 1..where is the lvl10 custom card prize that was promoted..I really give in...At least Aderik responded..Stephanie still ignoring my messages

Join in the Domain of Champions' Tournament of Might! Details: Increase your Might by constructing and upgrading Buildings, and training Troops, and collecting Throne Room Items. To win the Tournament of Might, you must have the greatest positive increase in Might before the end of the tournament. We determine this based off the difference between your Might at the start of the Tournament, and your Might at the end of the Tournament. Prizes: The Tournament of Might will give out over 100,000 Gems (see prize list below). In addition to Gems, the top 25 winners will also receive Throne Room Item upgrades. All prizes will be awarded to players existing domains, not the Domain of Champions. The Domain of Champions will be wiped at the end of the Tournament. 1st Place:Custom +10 item AND Five +1 Upgrades up to a maximum of +8 on one or more Throne Room items 2nd - 5th Place: Five +1 Upgrades up to a maximum of +8 on one or more Throne Room items 6th - 15th Place: Four +1 Upgrades up to a maximum of +6 on one or more Throne Room items 16th - 25th Place: Three +1 Upgrades up to a maximum of +4 on one or more Throne Room items Times: The Tournament begins May 17 at 3:01 PM and ends May 24 at 3:00 PM (U.S. Pacific Time). Out of order that it was advertised as such and you have not been award the custom card +10..

Kabam give yourself a shake and sort this out, you advertised it and he won it so award it..

have spoke with my guys in 313 and there is alot of support for this ade myself and many others will stop buying gems till they give you the prize that they stated

That pretty well sums it up. i dont think that there is any other options than to give ade what he has rightfully earned. I play on 3 domains, and am in a top alliance in each. We are all boycotting buying gems til this is settled to Ades satifaction.
