Research took gold

I initiated research of level 5 geometry and metal alloys, after each one I received a message that said fatal error and restarted the application. When logged back the research wasn't running and my gold had depleted for the cost to research. Can I get credit for the gold or the research? Thanks!

Same here. But, when it does go through, it never actually advances to the next level.

Fatal Error causes gold to disappear without getting the research. I have lost over 1 million in gold with nothing to show for it.

Happened again today for me as well. Researched lv 5 food, fatal error occurred and gold was lost, game rebooted, and no research occurred. Tired of losing gold and gems to these errors!

Happened a couple times to me. Set my gold back to 2.1k.

Same here, repeatedly failed to start or complete research while the gold vanished. Also can't transport gold between cities or plunder gold from other cities.
