When will we get our Lockboxes from last even to train Assassins.

Just wondering when we will get our lockboxes..from the event last week of train 100 or 1000 assassins and get either 1 lockbox for 100 trained, or 15 lockboxes for 1000 assassisns trained within the time limit given. It has been a week, and still no lockbox as of yet in my inventory. :|

it used to take them a week the last few events they havnt given a time and when ive contacted support for the time theyve estimated up to 2 weeks.....*sigh*

Well eventually they will get on top of things again. I feel like they just got behind, and the dupe glitch exacerbated everything. Some day they will be able to hold events and distribute awards within the next couple days.

That is fine, but Kabam could save everyone, themselves included if they would just tell us in advance that there will be a delay. Once we do not receive the prize, we are left to wonder.

Did we failed to qualify?
Did they forget to reward us?
etc...

Again, this failure to notify the community happens over and over again. It is aggravating for us and I cannot imagine that KABAM enjoys the deluge of messages they get when they fail to deliver.

Why not just send out a message to tell everyone what is going on? "Sorry, prizes are delayed due...." Would be acceptable, though more acceptable would be delivering the prizes immediately after the event ends. Its a computer. Program it.

Prizes for this event have not yet been awarded due to technical difficulties. When these are awarded (which should be by the end of the day today), you will receive an in-game message that will allow you to redeem this prize (similar to the Loyalty Package that was awarded recently).
