Nothing is lost. Only characters being truly "lost" are inactive characters lower than level 50. Almost all of them are level 1 or 2 and are unnamed.

if gen strom is deployed and has the plasma cannon then yes it is possible. i have the plasma cannon on another acct and that base is only 6k. it is capable of taking out most of a base on its own....
