you can't do that due to the max setting of troops sent and troops in a CS, a filter like that would stop us from attacking a CS with 10K troops, cause we can only send 10K troops. What they should...

WOW! What a dumb idea....troop respect gives you some idea how big your enemy might be by their respect lvl therefore THEY MIGHT HAVE A HUGE ARMY....now anyone can build and kill troops over and over...

The inactive player change was a good idea and even respect for attacking gangs and CS....but the changes to PvP....my server is already a ghost town....soon we'll all be inactive. I stuck in there...
