E.g. +28 = +28 level

FYI, the boost number varies by your player level. e.g. SG5 in a L1650 base get +513 level boost.

Bomba is very powerful, but I can do the same damage using Rhino10 + Spector10. Technically Bomba is a paid-feature so treat it like pulse tanks.
