I recently put in a compliant in regards to game issues,lagging,recalling troops but didnt recall and resulted in being killed,sending layer troops to attack MI1 and MI2 but thugs not going resulting in my main troops being killed,troops disappearing ,constantly refreshing unable to play the game ,I put in a complanit and it toke you guys well over 3 days to respond back and then sent me a reply saying ticket closed?what is the point when you cant replace my troops that i lost and you cant even say sorry? a applosute joke ,you very happy to take my money with out issues but you cant even replace my lost troops i lost 2x26200 JD due to game playe issues and about 4k pul with about 10k thugs!

Considering you toke £80 off me in 2 weeks and this is the customer service I get back You guys is be ashamed of yourselfs

I dont know if you're still working here or not but if you are, could you please look into this matter? A lot of players including me from various servers have been having an unresponsive game for the last week. We cant train or attack. The entire map tiles section is unresponsive.

This is DON ZinX from Tramonti server. Since 24th January i m not able to play as it is showing " You are banned for TOS Voilation." I had opened a support tickets wrote to Ironwhale and Captain_QA in the forumn but still no revert from them. Can u please help me in this as i am a Daily player and plaing daily since last 6 or more months .

Do instead a Pawn Shop . Make it a place in which an exchange of Armory can occur.
Trade those Scarves and speedsters for bonus items. Set rewards for collecting armor. But wait there is more..... if you get enough of one level of Arms then you may up-grade it to a higher level. It would clear inventory and make Farming more useful. Lastly You could just cash them out in a lump sum instead of wasting time trying to sell them.

This change should be easy and make a annoying thing like seeing new armor banner a thing of the past.
