'this 'has ha'ppened to me ''and I have reported it many times to no avail. I am at 'the point of quitting the game. I have leveled up to 8's ''and 9's' 'm'any times to come back a'nd have barracks 'and fields lowered back to levels 5's 'and 4's. I am told to clean caches, and upgrade browsers. I keep the caches clean, empty histor upon exit and have the most updated browsers. If it were only me and my computer, others would not be having the same problems.
