Hey Kyle, What is wrong with your coders and programming team? How do you think all the players here feel trying to log in and get anything done right now? You may have found something that needed to be addressed, but what seems to be the major malfunction with your team? People cannot do ANYTHING right now and they are also at risk. Why don't you all post what you're doing to the servers that is SO important you have to put us all through this. Clearly you all aren't going to offer compensation for being denied game services all this time, so I think we're entitled to know what was so earth shattering important we have to endure this.

I think customer experience is almost as accurate as the term "honest politician". I've never endured people that care less than Kyle C. He has managed to disregard several issues I've had while extending the time to respond from a couple hours to 8-12 hours to now DAYS. Personally, I always thought I'd have a gun pointed at me if I were to be so thoroughly robbed of money. Keep up the class and efficiency Kyle!
