Blind Rage - Train new troop Beserker. Fierce infantry units that incite the other troops to go into a fury boosting attack, defense and life stats of other troops around them.

- Name of the Faction - Normans.
These people of Normandy have long been friends of King Arthur, but so have they been distant and withdrawn. The rivalry between the Druids, Fey, and Britons have drawn the Normans closer. Do they come on Arthur's request as a friend? Or do they have more sinister aims of their own? One thing is for certain, their thirst for power has long been matched by their luck (or divine blessing?) in battle, while the strength of their leadership often surpasses all expectations.

- Faction Special Troop - Milites (elite heavy cavalry):
Attack: 1300
Speed: 900
Defense: 100
Range: 130
Life: 8000
Upkeep: 250
Type: Horsed
Accuracy: 1.0 vs all types.

Note: For future expansion, a second unit "pedites" (infantry type) is also historically correct. Moreover, the people of Normandy were historically known to have the grace of the papacy (i.e. of the divines) and therefore a priestly unit which buffs allies and debuffs enemies is also plausible for this faction, should the game designers ever decide to add such a dynamic into the game.

- Faction Buildings:
Military Stables (may build up to 2): Allows the training of Milites
* 1 line of queue per Military Stable.
* Training time bonus for having 2 Military Stables.
Boot Camp (may build up to 2) - At the cost of gold, wood, ore, and time, this building allows troops to hone their skills and earn themselves promotions:

h) Reign over Rain: The divines control the weather in the favor of your city, producing rain and storms whenever attackers approach. Marching Speed of attacks and scouting against your city is reduced by -20% or increased to a 5 minute march, whichever is higher.
i) Intellect at Arms: Scouts receive a 10% Bonus to Attack and 0.1 Accuracy while counter-scouting.
j) Focused Training: Reduces the time required for upgrading troops in the Boot Camps by 10%, but increases the resource requirement by 20%.
k) Sergeant Efficacy: Adds a second training queue to the Boot Camp.

Note 2: Why pick me:
Previous posters suggested Romans and Teutons. While their suggestions are really good and understanding that a game does not need to be fully historically correct, I would like to interject: Unlike the Romans (who had pretty much already abandoned claims to England by Arthur's time or since about 200 years before him), or the Teutons (who were not in any direct association with the region), the Normans had historically played an important role in England between the 8th and 14th centuries and thus are relevant to Camelot. Moreover, the legends of Arthur have King Arthur himself at close contact with today's France. Even when Lancelot was exiled from England, he was said to have been sent to France. Normandy being the Northern-most part of France and nearest to England, it becomes the most direct and immediate candidate to make its way into Camelot and KoC.

A wild boar will be roasted in honour of the great Knights and the King is looking forward to the stories they bring from far off lands.
There's just one problem the Grail Knight Lucylastic has misplaced her Knight's trusty Swords and she calls upon you all to help her find them.
There are 4 Swords and there will be a clue as to the whereabouts of each Sword daily for 4 days.
The first to find the Sword each day and follow the instructions, will receive a Sacred Providence. Plus 3 lucky players randomly drawn by the Knights will each win a Sacred InspIration, so that's a Sacred Providence and 3 Sacred Inspirations up for grabs every day for 4 days.

We had a really hard time deciding on the best new technologies but with help from our Knights we were able to narrow the list to 5. Now the choice is yours! Upkeep reduction:
Reduction to Upkeep of each troop type


Healing Water:
Improve the healing properties of the well in your city with % increase in apothecary healing speed per level.


Arcana Protection:
Each upgrade allows you to protect a % of Aetherstone.


Increased Crafting:
Each level decreases the amount of Atherstone needed for crafting and upgrading/enhancing Throne room Cards


Upgrade Enhance Times:

Begin an upgrade your Guardian to Level 10, 11, or 12 during the event period to be entered for a chance to win Gems!

Players who reach Level 12 will also have a chance to win Master's Tokens +11 in 5 Willow's Mystery Boxes!

Each level has a different prize, and there's no limit to how many times you can enter. Prizes are as follows:

The Level 10 building winners will earn 1,000 Gems
The Level 11 building winners will earn 2,000 Gems
The Level 12 building winners will earn 3,000 Gems

The event period is 12:00 PM Friday, April 19th to 12:00 PM on Sunday, April 21st, all times U.S. Pacific.
