I should not be surprised, however, as this is the seeming norm. I have been in customer service and sales for 20 years and if there's one thing I've learned, it is that you do not promise to customers what you cannot deliver. You guys really need a shakeup in your support section, as well as in your development department.

I currently have a ticket (00887081) that has gone unanswered for 9 days now. I understand that things have been hectic because of the player rebellion, but that is no excuse for letting other legitimate support issues fall to the wayside.

Imagine my surprise this morning when I noticed that they were gone.

At first I'm thinking glitch, but no it turns out that crests can be stolen when you get attacked.

After searching the forums I saw a post from someone at Kabam stating that it is "RARE" for crests to be stolen when attacked.

I would like to know what their definition of "RARE" is, I must have attacked 50 camps to get those crests and it only took me being attacked 4 or 5 times to lose them.


Had I known that crests could be lost this easily, or at all, I might not have ever started playing this game.

I am now seriously considering quitting based on the effort it takes to get crests and how easily they can be lost.

Who's the moron that came up with idea that crests could be stolen anyway?

Yes, we all thought the idea of the seagulls and eagle flying over the city is wonderful, important and vital to the game, as is the constipated soldier walking across the map (the lines are useful though). Surveying for precious stones and being able to craft them into better stones also deserves a sarcastic mention since nothing has progressed with them

So, I think if we can get some really useful suggestions, maybe you can retain your long term players - players that have spent a lot of their hard earned money on (through the GFC where disposable money is hard to come by)

To kick it off, I have 1 really obviois suggestion that will make for interesting strategy


- If troops are hidden on a city you attack, allow them to cause damage to the city - demolish a building, or lower it by a lvl or 2. In a real life situation, if troops walked into an empty city, they could cause mayhem, allow our troops to do the same!



Please guys and girls, add useful stimulus.

On to my main points....

Once an alliance reaches 50 members, more than two vc positions need to be available. Vc does the job of adding, ect... But it's also a way to reward members who worked hard to build your alliance, what is wrong with 4? If not that, make a special icon for officers like the crowns for chancellors. Heck, give us a reason to have officers at all.

Speaking of chancellors... They ability for chancellors to gift items in their inventory would be huge. Then a chancellor truly could do more than other members and be a leader.

As for items, can we please give us some means to do something with useless items? I honestly don't need 8 second city deeds, and I need mass hypnosis even less.

A marketplace, auction house, exchange tool, or even trade for Merlin token option would be awesome. Maybe have two tiers, an item of 50gem value or less is worth one token. And 50gems or more is worth a premium Merlin chance.

Or run a "trade of the week" where we can exchange maybe 1000 gems worth of items we dont want for a specific item.

Other thoughts,

The hide troops on/off needs changed. Maybe make it so you can only change it every 10 minutes... IE if I turn hide troops off, I can't turn it back in for 10 minutes, hour, ect.

Dove protection needs an option to be ended early by the user.

Add a "gold taken" rating to the user rankings. It makes gold meaningful and attacking fun even of the might hugger keeps their gates welded shut.

Add a troops killed ranking for alliances.

Add a hide ratio (ie how often they hide troops vs how often the defend attacks) to the player/alliance ranks.

And my blockbuster idea of the day..l

Create a War function where alliance can declare and accept a war (once both accept it is in effect) where the chancellors can set some terms, I.e. time, and either put an item as a spoil of war that each member of the opposing alliance wins if the win the war... Or if you allow chancellors to share items with alliance members, you could allow a "war chest" of items that goes to the winning chancellor to be distributed how she/he deems fit.

You could even make it profitable for Kabam... Make it cost 25-30 gems or whatever to "go to war" and the members of the alliance chip in and pay for the war (ie member 1 pays 5 gems while member 2 wants to pay 10, ect..)

t1 is worth 4 might and one star effectiveness. T2 is worth 16 might but only double the effectiveness at two stars. It kills ratios no matter if you're defending of attacking.
So my question is, why such a large disparity between might and effectiveness with this tier?

A better ratio line might look like this:
t1=1 star/4 might
t2= 2 star/12 might
t3= 3 star/20 might
t4= 4 star/28 might

This might make it worth the time to que t2 once again. If you don't correct the might disparity, the better players of the game will continue to not utilize that aspect of your game.
