I Upgraded several building during this event and you can imagine my surprise when refreshing the game I noticed that the upgrade of the Level 11 building consumed the Don Sanctions that I had!!
The things was even tricky because immediatly after launching the resource building it still showed the DS in my inventory but after refreshing the game it was no longer there!! Of course because of the event I used an 8 hour speed-up to accelerate the upgradings so in the end the upgrading costed me 135 diamonds (95 fot the Don Sanction and 40 for the speed-up) instead of the 40 diamonds of the speed-up!!
Great events (sarcasm), you managed to increase your income with this bug.
Now let's see if you will claim again that is alL right as for every e-mail that I already sent you for the other bugs.
How long you will keep ignoring your customers?
In the meantime the only way to make understand your company my disappointment is not to buy any more diamonds until you guys aknowledge the bugs of your software and refund me the objects I lost.
How many players did your company already lost? this server is becoming more empty every day. You guys are pushing away your customers.

  1. I am ranked 39, I'm not a Pezzonovante nor am I a Lieutenant.
  2. So I gain none of the bonuses associated with either rank of a Pez +10% or a Lt +9%....
  3. In fact, I don't even get the bonuses of a Babbo +1%
  4. I get +0%!
  5. This is specific to rank 39, because I had rank 40 and all the bonuses at +10%.
  6. I am using the Chrome browser.
  7. I originally used Google+, and have recently changed over to the new login format.
  8. This problem manifested days before the change mentioned previously.
  9. I have refreshed, restarted browser, restarted the laptop, used 2 different PCs as well.
  10. I used IE9 & 10, and Firefox as well as clearing the cache of garbage for every computer & browser.
  11. These steps have very little to do with my problem (did I mention that it didn't work?)
  12. Please do NOT send me a canned email.

If this hindrance is not a bug, please explain why this is? I didn't see nor have I heard from anyone else at rank 39 (or at any other rank,) mentioning this cruel infliction.

I just opened a 1k P.I Gumshoe bundle and i saw that it game me some 40,000 respect. However, when my tourney screen got updated, the respect wasn't added (I'm still at 639k whereas i should be at 679k). I am still where i was before opening the bundle. I will wait and see if it comes up after the next next tourney update but as the tourney is ending soon, i would like to bring this matter to your attention. Please look into it and correct this. I am in the top ten now in my tourney and i cannot risk not getting the resp added. I also refreshed to see if it came but it hasn't been added so far. Also i am sending a waver to ISB lvl 10 as i type this so about 70k resp will be added to my tourney resp. (i am not counting pve resp within this time as i cannot approx calculate how much i can earn).

Can you please fix the Ambro Tower yet again. It get's fixed and works like for a few hours and then back again.
Cuneo should receive % but when Corleone sends an attack they instead get deployed at the tower.
So, no one can do anything. Corleones can't try to get it back and Cuneo has no benefits.
I'm getting really annoyed with this issue now. How hard can it be?

You guys want my money but you don't seem to have an equal interest in me actually playing the game.
Why not just meet up and i could hand you the money instead, without playing.
This has got to be fixed or you will loose yet another player! Lot's have already left due to Kabams
seemingly lack of interest in fixing the game.

I'm playing in Tammaro and it's impossible to sit and play normally.

Whenever I upgrade a building or do something similar, when it's done it doesn't tell me. The level of the building stays the same and it updates either after refreshing or when I switch to another neighborhood and back. I read in one thread that if it works after refreshing it's not counted as a bug, but this keeps happening again and again.

And when I collect money from rackets, I mean when I click Collect it doesn't collects. I have to collect money 2-3 minutes after I did something else like building, researching etc. The same happens when I click "Play" in Park Ave the slots don't stop, so I have to refresh up to 10 times so that slots can work properly.

Please fix the bug because it's making the game impossible to play and many don't have time to click the refresh button all the day.

It's unfortunate as Kabam demonstrates complete disregard for such cases. I always have problems like this, especially during tournaments. please fix this glitch. I know you have said it is not important to the game to have it finished, but it does give you resources and it will remove the avatar that hangs out on my screen if the job is finished. Also if you ever have an expansion to this city, I will not be able to get it since the game thinks I do not have a Brooklyn already. So to me it is important.

The problem appeared when the build bar reached the end, then suddenly begun to raise and down quickly and then the game didnt let me to build the next level of that building, the building is a restaurant and neither cannot demolish it and every time i try to demolish it the game dont let me to demolish any other building and i must reload to fix the demolish option.
I restarted the browser many times the same day the problem appeared and the days after and it persisted, and still today persists.
I run the game from Google Chrome.

Anyway, i went to set a train in one of my hoods and noticed the training time reduction was still going, so i decided what to train and when i clicked the "train" option the time wasn't reduced whatsoever

THE TOWER has also gone totally mad! No one knows who really has it, if anyone has it, or if everyone has it.
I belong to Cuneo and we had the tower before maintenance, but after ...??
Now i can either attack (meaning we no longer have the tower) or reinforce every other minute. The colours shows different familys on the Tower and on the towerlogo at the same time. Plz plz fix this !

And finally, is there a way to give nonamerican players EUROPEAN TIME on all your offers and announcements ?
It would make it so much easier to know if you're gonna make that buy or not. As it is now, I've lost blessings, sanctions and diamonds cause my timing is wrong. Since you manage to have the right european time on the serverclock i hope you can fix it with your announcements too.

From a Chrome browser, I was having a lot of strange issues with Godfather, just before the recent down-time. They issues could have been server-lag related, but I'm not sure. Lots of wrong information was displaying, and whole sections of my hoods wasn't appearing, and couldn't be accessed.

THE ISSUE:
I was attacked a few hours ago, and found that every single one of my hoods had the Protection changed, from "hiding", to "defending".
I was not aware of this, and as a result, when I was attacked a few hours ago, all my troops got wiped out.
I KNOW I did not change this, and I verified that my account was not hacked, nor accessed from elsewhere.
The only thing that makes sense, is when I was hopping from hood-to-hood, just before the recent DT (downtime), it must have been changing my Protection status on each town, for some reason (bug/glitch).
As a result, I lost all my troops, including the hoods, where I just had transportation units only, and I would never do that.

NOTE:
