Intro:
Hello all! I'm fairly new to Edgeworld, however its really not too hard to pickup, I've played many games of a similar genre and style of game play. I too, like many others was looking for a nice, organized chart with all of the information you could possibly want to know about each building for the given level/upgrade. So I put this together with all of the information I could find as I've been upgrading.

I hope you all will find this very helpful, and can also all help finish it up. Once it's finished I'll set it back to Read-only so nothing gets tampered with accidently. So far its looking great and I'm getting a lot of feedback and it also seems a lot of you are helping out!

So I take it that by the lack of responses that everyone's finding this quite helpful? :) I've seen a few additions added, and I've done my best to fill in the blanks of what is left out by others, but I'm guessing not a lot of high-level people use this?

What does that have to do with my post? I've already seen that before. It's just images of each buildings upgrade. This thread is for getting the actually useful information about each building/units upgrade.

Awesome, thanks! That's why its public :) I added in a lot of numbers because there were many fields that seemed to follow an algorithm, which I'm coming to find out that sometimes it just DOESN'T lol. Anyways thanks for helping the community!

Do you guys have any plan to make another spreadsheet for Unit Stats for each level (Cost, HP, Damage, range etc) that would be really helpful too :o

I changed the title myself, however I'm guessing like most vBulletin forums, by default thread title changes require moderator approval.

Sorry, I've been on vacation for the passed 3 days.

1-I keep a backup copy on my local machine, which I re-update often. 2, I have total control over revision history, meaning I have a log and can see every single change that gets made, and undo it if I'd like.

It's getting pretty full, thanks to the higher-levels who helped fill it up. I'll be taking it down to read-only soon. If anyone would specifically like me to keep them as an editor (via your google account, obviously), feel free to PM me on here, or Email me. Either works.

I dont know if thats real, or just a mistake. The problem with making it public means that people who don't really know what they're doing have the power to edit, and as a result don't always add in correct information. I find myself correcting a LOT of mistakes people make when adding info. Hopefully we can just get it filled up quickly so I can close editing.

It's all good, like I said its a really easy fix when people troll it. They think they're messing something up, when really all that is required of me is 2 clicks and its back to normal. Either way though, since some children think its funny to mess with, and since it is almost complete, I'm making it read-only again. Anyone who has a google account, and was signed in when they made edits, still has edit-access. If you'd like to contribute as well, please just email/PM me with your @gmail.com email address.

Anyway, could you make a column between D and E, call it Human Readable Time, and put the following formula, well... everywhere it applies? (it starts at column 3). Could be cool to adapt it for the total time, as well. It just converts the hh:mm:ss thingy in "d h m s", which i find way more convenient.

The XP sheet can be easily filled in with formulas:

In B2 enter the formula =IF(A2<26;A2*1000;IF(A2<100;A2*2000;A2*3000)) and in C2 enter the formula =sum($B$2:B2).

Then highlight both and drag down to row 200 and that'll be accurate for the first 199 levels. I don't know about beyond that since the TNL multiplier might increase at 200.

Sorry all, I've re-opened the spreadsheet for editing, hopefully pausing some trolling action. Again, its really not that much of a problem, it's actually a really easy fix, however its just annoying lol. Anyways, The readable upgrade time formula I was not able to get working, so maybe now you can attempt it yourself? :)

As for your formula Miraglyth, your formula works, however doesn't match up with the information thats already been provided by other members, so maybe check it out again now that I've re-opened editing.

Do you use any kind of damage upgrade item from the store? I just want to be sure it's an error, rather than maybe you forgot you're using an item :)

And @m4567er, You still had some extra spaces in there and whatnot, but I got it now. Thanks for the formula! Only problem is, it doesn't seem to interpret day length of larger than 15-20 or w/e. I understand the formula, but its still a bit longer and complicated for me reading it right now. Might end up figuring it out but for the meantime, its a little broken in large scale lol. Check out the disruptors total time and whatnot.

i have one suggestion, usually the first info we want to know is TIME and RESOURCES required for an upgrade, other info like damage range health etc are usually secondary so can we put COST (energy,gas,crystal,uranium) after Upgrade Time (Readable) column, i think this is also good for ppl with small monitors or laptops too.

anyway its perfect as it is but just a minor tip from me!

Yeah I can do that. Never really thought about it lol. I have large, widescreen monitors and can already see most of it on one screen lol. I'll get to it in the morning.

I think I got it quickly fixed... It's not the only problem actually, i've been lazy and for big values in the total time, the seconds disappear... One could also want to see weeks and month, e.g. instead of 77d, but well... it's extremely boring to do ^^

Well level 9 disruptors is 21 days i heard, no where near what you put. Most of the times of research are way over-exaggerated.

You must be mixing the total (cumulative) times and the single research times. As far as I know, the lvl9 disruptor research time cell is empty, and the 2 ones before say it's ±13d. Look 2 columns to the left ;)

Just spent some time fixing up all the problems (some of you have a real problem with selecting a group of cells, and dragging it elsewhere, may it be accidental or not lol). Anyways I also changed the color of some columns up top, hopefully to stop people from editing in those columns that don't need it. Also I've added the level 9 rows to unit research. Tried to clean up a lot of the unit research info, someone went in and changed a lot of values that to my knowledge, were wrong.

How about a tab in the spreadsheet mission rewards. Sorted by XP gained. Example:

Category: Combat
Ojbective: Destroy the Command Center in a Level 100 Confederate base.
Description: Mallic will be back again if we can't stop the flow of Confederate soldiers and supplies onto Cerulea. With our recent attacks, the last Maar orbital drop site is vulnerable.
Rewards:
Crystal: 1M; Gas: 1M; Experience: 15,000.


Since they disappear after we claim them it would be nice to have a place to go back and take a look every once in a while. Especially when advising others.

The chart for "XP Required to Level" is offset by one level. When you start the game you have 0 points with XP Level 1, then you have to earn 1,000 points to reach level 2. The way I'm reading the spreadsheet it starts out with level 1 being equal to 1,000 points then needing 1,000 more points to reach Level 2, meaning you would have 2,000 points total.

Upgrade time for level 5 specters is wrong. I believe it's near 4 days (don't recall the exact number), not 2d, 18h, 4m. I started upgrading late yesterday and still have 3d, 10h and 50m to go.

I put a column in for DPS... simple formula, (Damage)*(Rate of Fire)/60, assuming rate of fire is given in shots per minute.

Here are some base building tips, overlap your resource gatherers with your defence towers, meaning put the towers behind the gatherers to defend the gatherers from attacks. Also, don't spread your buildings out, keep them all close togther, around your Command Center whichshould be in the Center of your baseline.

Map = 90x90
Mine = 7x7
Guns = 7x7
Staging Area = 11x11
Supply Depot = 7x7
Tech Lab = 10x10
Barracks = 10x10
Factory = 10x10
Command Center = 13x13

Now the only thing to find out. Does anyone know how the gun/unit attack radius compares to the physical building locations? ie, 200 range for units corresponds to 20 building units (wrong, but something like this).

Very rough measurements,

Radius/Grid Size = 11
ie, Incendiary has radius 300, corresponds to 27 grid spacing - as 300/11 ~= 27. (from the center of the gun building)

Note, these are quite rough and are inconsistent even in my own base but should provide a starting point for map designs and building layouts outside of ingame.

Just so the list makes more sense. It also helps to see the trend they are using.

I think the list is useful, many people don't want to do the calculations. Also to correct for the odd jumps in xp for lvl25, 100, and probably 500 or some other bracket you need some way of indicating it. I was just figuring to add the equations to the sheet for reference.

Just remembering that you take your lvl and multiply by 3 (or 2 or 1..), and adding 3x0s helps when you doing quick calculations.

I think we need a recent changes page which only lists changes when kabam modify the stats and not changes in the wiki design. I was not aware of this spreadsheet though and may update that instead and leave the wiki updating to someone else.

I was maintaining the spreadsheet too, but the wikia has everything the spreadsheet has and doesn't have the spreadsheets limits so i've switched to that instead, to be honest i'd really prefer if you helped out on the wikia as your contributions there were very good.

Since long. Level 11 CC has 5000 health. You get to make another gun turret, an incendiary and a tesla. Along with 1 more resource collector of each type.

I know some people prefer the information in google spreadsheet form but maintaining the wiki and the spreadsheet was just too much work for me (not that i was the only maintainer on the spreadsheet), as i've pointed out before the wiki has the same information in wiki tables (http://edgeworld.wikia.com/wiki/Unit_Statistics_Table) and also has images, videos and so on, therefore it's obviously more worthwhile for me to focus on that, as for why the rest stopped maintaining the spreadsheet i can't say, i've never spoken directly to any of them about it, perhaps someone could clone the spreadsheet and start maintaining it again?

Hello all! I'm fairly new to Edgeworld, however its really not too hard to pickup, I've played many games of a similar genre and style of game play. I too, like many others was looking for a nice, organized chart with all of the information you could possibly want to know about each building for the given level/upgrade. So I put this together with all of the information I could find as I've been upgrading.
